Lakme Perfect Radiance Fairness Day Lotion- Review

Hello beautiful ladies,

Today I will be reviewing a fairness lotion from one of the cheapest and most famous Indian brands ‘Lakme’. 2-3 years back lakme came out with a fairness cream with SPF 15 and its called Lakme Perfect Radiance fairness day lotion. The first thing that attracted me towards this product is its cute bottle. It comes in a cute pink 30 ml bottle with a pump and as soon as I saw it I loved it.

What the company claims:

● Fades away spots and blemishes.
● Lightens skin color.
● Helps even out skin tone.
● Reduce Oiliness.
● Fades away dullness.
● Controls tanning with SPF 15 PA++.

How to Use:

Smooth on every morning and evening on cleansed skin to discover skin that is not only truly fair but aglow from within.

My take on Lakme Perfect Radiance Fairness Day Lotion:

As I have mentioned earlier, I brought the product mainly due to its packaging. I was really excited to keep this cute little thing on my vanity. But I should say that the product has more to give than its packaging. The product says SPF 15 which is not enough but something is better than nothing, after all it’s not a sunscreen. The bottle contains a pump dispenser which makes it easier and hygienic to use. When I applied it, I did feel kind of an instant fairness and that is what the product is meant for. It gives a fair glow to the skin and helps prevent oiliness.

The first time I used the product it reminded me of ‘Fair and Lovely’ which also gives the same kind of instant fairness. The texture of the cream is soft. The bottle says ‘fairness day lotion’ but it doesn’t feel like a lotion, it’s more of a cream. It is thicker in consistency than a lotion.

Pros of Lakme Perfect Radiance Fairness Day Lotion:

• Super cute packaging.
• Affordable price.
• Contains SPF 15.
• Gives instant fairness.
• Doesn’t feel drying.
• Helps in hiding minute spots on face.
• Good quality.

Cons of Lakme Perfect Radiance Fairness Day Lotion:

I haven’t found any cons with the product yet.

Would I buy Lakme Perfect Radiance Fairness Day Lotion again?

Yes, I liked the product and I may buy it again but as winters are approaching I am afraid that this may make my skin a little dry. I first have to try this in winters, then decide whether to but it again or should I wait for the next summers.

Do I recommend Lakme Perfect Radiance Fairness Day Lotion ?

This product is worth a try.

I used the cream version of this (tub form) but it didnt suit me, initially for the first one hour it was good, later it made my face more oily..

but this looks lighter than cream..
