Hello girlies!
Today I am here to talk about a perfect look that we wander about for different occasions. Apart from festivals and parties, we need to go to a lot of places where a lot of makeup or a minimalist look does not seem to do the work. So here I am sharing my views about a perfect look for different daily occasions.
1. Job Interview
Many men believe that women with makeup are more trustworthy and competent as compared to girls who are bare faced. As we know how many efforts it takes to get a perfect makeup look. So knowing this, you would definitely not want to go to a job interview bare faced. But by this, I don’t mean to go with full makeup on so that the interviewer thinks you are only good in makeup! Obviously we don’t want this. The key here is to keep a moderate look on. Apply neutral or bronze eye shadow, a simple thin black eye liner and a single coat of mascara. You don’t really need winged eye liner or fake lashes. Also apply a tinted moisturizer for fresh face and a nude toned lipstick which look simple and classic on you. Make sure your hairs are tamed and keep good care of your eyebrows.
2. For Business Meetings and Networking
This one is mainly for women who want to hunt their clients down even after they have a good job in hand. Suppose you need to go to meeting and fix up things. At such times, you need to look confident and bold. And my hatch one tip is to wear a darker toned lipstick that makes us look bold and strong. A plum/burgundy or even a classic maroon shade would do the thing for your confident look. A little highlight would make you rock the look completely.
3. First Day of Your College
No doubt, we all want to give a bad-ass impression on our peers when we enter college. We all have a dream that everyone turns back just to look at us. I would suggest you to go for a nude pink look for the lips and a winged liner with a little blush would do the game for you as the first day of the college would make you look simple, decent but a one who can pull off things really well.
4. Meeting Some New Friends or the Old Ones After a Long Time
Specially in my case, when I have a plan to meet my new friends or my old friends after a long time, I always feel like I should look amazing so that my old friends can see my growth and improvement in my dressing, standard, makeup tricks and so on. Obviously this happens when you plan to go out with some new friends and colleagues too. For such an event, I prefer to go a cat eye look or smoky eye look depending upon the time and place. A mauve lipstick according to the outfit could be a good pick. And if it is night time, for dining, boozing or lounging a bold red matte lip would do wonders to your looks.
5. Meeting His Parents
This is a huge mess for us Indian girls when we meet his parents as we are so scared to meet them and on top of that the fear of selecting a wrong dress or not looking good in front of them. No parents like to meet girls who are much into makeup. Especially we Indians, have a little narrow mind as we feel girls who are naturally good, one who don’t need to apply a lot of makeup to cover their problem areas are the best. So show them that side of yours with an amazingly highlighted and illuminated look. Make a swipe of a pretty pink lipstick with cheek stain of the same shade. It would be better if you use a creamy hydrating lipstick that does not flake off or dries off your lips. Show them your healthy bright face and make sure to use smudge proof, waterproof makeup so that you face no excuses for raccoon eyes. Make sure you hide your spots, dark circles with a high coverage foundation
Apart from makeup, we know how to look gorgeous on all the occasions, I haven’t mentioned parties and function and festival kind of makeup tips here as we all know what to do on those days.
