Hi,
I used up my tube of face scrub, so I was hunting for another one. I spotted this at a supermarket and along with the strawberry face wash, I bought this one too. Thanks to the packaging, it sure catches your eye. Let’s get to the review.

My Take on Nature’s Essence Apricot and Peach Exfoliating and Polishing Scrub:
No wonder how global warming is getting serious these days. There was a time when it used to be just essay topics and today the heat does all the talking. My skin is suffering due to the heat. The sweat and the dust result in clogged pores leading to acne. You sure need to exfoliate your skin regularly. Coming to this scrub, it comes in a nice white tube with orange and silver accents. It has a sturdy orange flip cap like most face washes and scrubs and it’s convenient to use. It is also travel friendly.
The scrub has a white colored cream base with small orange granules. The granules are small sized; sensitive skin will like it. As for me, I feel the granules are kind of small and does not help with thorough exfoliation. Previously, I used the Patanjali apricot face scrub and that worked excellently. I was using that scrub regularly and the granules were much bigger in size.
This scrub is good for those who need gentle exfoliation. It has a weird smell to it; I don’t know why most scrubs smell so weird! Sometimes, it is so bothersome, but now I have gotten used to it. The texture is smooth and creamy; the base does nourish the skin. It does clean clogged pores and dirt, removes traces of oil. As claimed, it does nothing to remove blackheads or “polish” the skin. It does exfoliate but not to a great extent, but as far as the “polishing” is concerned, I am afraid it fails! The granules need to be of slightly bigger size to obtain that, but it indeed does not dry out the skin. It makes skin smooth and soft too, but that lasts until I start to sweat again. Overall, it is an average scrub, a bit pricey for the quantity; you can go for it if you’re not expecting too much.
Pros of Nature’s Essence Apricot and Peach Exfoliating and Polishing Scrub:
- Nice, catchy packaging.
- It is sturdy enough to carry along on travel.
- Creamy base does not make skin dry.
- Small-sized granules are not harsh on the skin.
- Gently exfoliates skin and leaves it smooth.
- Removes traces of oil and dirt.
- Unclogs and cleans pores.
Cons of Nature’s Essence Apricot and Peach Exfoliating and Polishing Scrub:
- Weird scent.
- Kind of for the quantity, compared to other brands.
- Does not “polish” the skin as claimed, though it does make skin smooth.
IMBB Rating:
3.2/5
