My Experience with Nivea Silky Body Lotion Mousse:
The mousse comes in a pressurized light blue can with a transparent plastic can. It has a tamper seal between the cap and the can. There is some information about the product on the back of the can and for more information, you can always look up to their website. The product has a pump that is very convenient and is easy to use. The product is travel-friendly and there is no leakage or any mishaps.
The mousse is creamy and airy in texture. It is very fluffy and feels like cotton. The mousse is white in color and has a very pleasant smell. It has a little hint of Nivea cream, but it has its own distinctive smell. The fragrance stays for a long time.
The product is very light and gets instantly absorbed onto the skin. It is non-sticky and doesn’t leave any residue. There is no greasy layer formed after application. The product can be used if the skin is moist or not. So, you can use the mousses whenever you want. The product makes the skin instantly soft and smooth. It contains Shea butter and this makes the results last longer. The product intensively moisturizes the skin for more than 10 hours and covers any dryness. This is great as it makes it suitable for dry winter months. The product locks the moisture and hydrates the skin for long period of time. The product is suitable for all skin types and doesn’t cause any irritation or redness. The product contains silicones which is a bummer.
One of the problems I have with the mousse is that after pumping the lotion, it does leak and dispenses the mousse for some time. So, you can end up with the mousse in the cap and mess it up. I usually wait for a while and then pick up the product and close the cap. Overall, it is a good product and is worth a try.
