Today, I will be reviewing a product from my favourite dry shampoo brand “Batiste.” I have already tried the Floral and Flirty Blush and the Fruity and Cheeky Cherry variants. I loved the fragrance of both of them, and decided to try something new. To know more about this product and how it fared for me, read on further.

Ingredients:
Butane, Isobutane, Propane, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Starch, Alcohol denat, Parfum(Fragrance), Distearyldimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Chloride, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Linalool.
How To Use:
Shake can vigorously and spray Batiste into the roots, keeping the nozzle 30cm from hair. Massage through with fingertips. Brush hair and style as usual.
My Experience with Batiste Dry Shampoo Instant Hair Refresh Coconut and Exotic Tropical:
This dry shampoo comes in a tall spray bottle like the other variants from Batiste. It is an aluminium bottle with a yellow tropical design over it with flamingos and palm trees, among others. The white cap is pretty sturdy. The thin bottle makes it travel friendly, although I prefer using the smaller volume variants in this range.
The dry shampoo comes out as a white-coloured powdery spray, just like the other variants. The scent of this dry shampoo is of sweet fresh coconut. The scent is a bit strong, but after application, the scent diffuses a bit.
I have oily hair, and I tend to wash my hair every second or third day. Moreover, the humid weather in Delhi makes it impossible to go without a few hours without my hair getting greasy. I always have a dry shampoo handy in such cases. They give temporary freshness and volume to my oily and limp hair.
I comb my hair really well to ensure even application of the product. I then take sections of my hair and spray the dry shampoo in between them. Depending on the level of oiliness, I spray more into my hair. I prefer to rub into my roots using my fingers. It instantly takes away the grease and adds volume to my hair. The effects of the dry shampoo last for a few hours, after which I either wash my hair or touch up with the dry shampoo. For my oily hair, dry shampoos like this one can give only temporary respite. The dry shampoo does collect at spots in the scalp, but these are easily removed while washing the hair. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

I feel dry shampoos are must-have products for anyone who has oily hair and does not want to damage their hair by over washing. I would definitely repurchase this.
