Benefit Posie Tint – My Experience

Hope you all are having a fab Tuesday! Off late tints of any types and kinds have become my obsessions. Today I will be sharing my experience with Benefit Posie Tint. So grab your morning coffee, sit back and relax!

Packaging :

Benefit Posie Tint comes in pink shiny and metallic looking bottle, with a wand/brush similar to the brush/wand of any regular nail enamel. Benefit Cosmetics is known for their adorable packaging and this one is no different. It look simply irresistible.

My Thoughts on The Benefit Posie Tint :

This is my first rub with the Benefit Tints. I am super curious on getting the BeneTint now. When I actually saw the product in Atia’s review HERE, I was super confused on how would it show up when on lips and cheeks, I wanted to try it out ASAP. The poppy pink bubblegum color instantly got me imagining myself with this gorgeous flush on the cheeks and rosy pink lips. 😛 But then, there are a lot of “if’s” and “buts” in a woman’s life. 😛

Confusions and confusions, finally won me over to pick the Benefit Posie Tint and from the day I have bought it , there’s not a day I do not wear it. Trust me!! It is a must in my makeup bag or hang bag, since it a multifunctional product. I mean it looks great on the cheeks and my lips look best when they are beneath this tint. 😛

The packaging is super cute and all girly and blingy and shiny. L-0-V-E. It comes with a wand which is just like any other nail paints brush. It is very wise to have incorporated a synthetic brush with Posie. Imagine if it had a sponge tip applicator or may be a pump or something! Umm, I see wastage and I see non functionality.

Posie has this darling young poppy pink color. So youthful and bright. When on skin it instantly lights up your face giving you the most natural flush ever. Whilst on the lips, it makes you have these pink plush rosy lips. Top it with a clear gloss and your lips shall look totally irresistible. TRUST ME.

This shows up gracefully on fair to medium skintones, but if you are dusky to dark you may need to build it up or even layer it with a corresponding blush to show up.

The tint doesn’t have a taste or scent. I wish it tasted sweet and had a bubblegummy scent. 😛 (I STILL LOVE IT WITHOUT THESE).

The reason Posie has made it to my regular makeup bag is the stability and multi functionality. The stability of the product is phenomenon, like you have it on in the morning and it just stays there till you actually want it to go off! Trust me. Giving it a touch up is simply a PLEASURE. 

I have a combination skin type and this stays on me for about 6 hours, in winters, I am yet to try it in summers but I am hoping that it would not fail on me. Trust me tints are the best choices for oily and combination skin types, since these kind of settle into your skin rather being just superficial.

You do not need a lot of quantity of the product to get the right color, and hence this shall last you for some good time.

People say working out the tints is the toughest, I agree. I feel you have to have some instant reflexes to work these out. Like you dot it on your cheeks and immediately blend it out in circular motions, if you fail to do so, it will stick on like a pink dot on your face which isn’t very flattering and you would have to wash your face or use a makeup remover to get rid of it. 

Overall, I am having a blast using the Benefit Posie Tint. I am enjoying every drop of the product. I surely recommend it to you guys and I also say you must check out your nearest FACES outlet to check out many more fabulous brands. I am definitely picking up the other tints from Benefit Cosmetics soon! This one is a total “worth every penny” kind of a product.
