Chambor Flowing Lipstick Passion Rose- Review, Swatch
Hello IMBB beauties!
My love deep dark colors for the fall continue, but taking a break I wanted to try on Red! I believe everyone has their own shade of red and here is mine, Chambor Flowing Lipstick in the shade Passion Rose. This is an orange-based red and suits my yellowish skin tone.
Packaging:
Chambor Passion Rose comes in a silver tube packaging. There was an outer cover but I threw it away so cannot show you guys….sorry! The tube has a twist bottom and the liquid lipstick flows out when you twist the bottom. The name of the shade is written on the sticker pasted. Recently the packaging has changed a bit, the twist at the bottom has ridges but I like the plain silver twist-up, looks more sophisticated. There is a transparent portion at the belly of the tube where the color can be seen. The applicator is brush tip and the shape size is quite good for application.
Finish:
Chambor Passion Rose is a flowing liquid lipstick. It is a glossy finish lipstick on application and settles as a matte lipstick after sometime. The good thing is that it is not drying on your lips.
Pigmentation:
Pigmentation is pretty impressive specially for this color because I have checked few other colors which do not give such good pigmentation. You can check the swatch to know what I mean to say.
Staying Power:
Once set the staying power is pretty good. I wore it to a wedding party and it stayed on even after snacks. I am pretty impressed but being a liquid lipstick it is slightly difficult to reapply without a mirror in public.
My experience with Chambor Flowing Lipstick Passion Rose:
I am happy with this lipstick because the color suits me, I feel, please comment to let me know if I am right or wrong. I have few red lipsticks but I feel comfortable wearing this. I mostly pair it with simple black eyeliner and slight shimmery blush. I mostly wear to parties and get compliments on my lip color. I have attached a picture from the archives with a proper red outfit which I wore to my friend’s brother wedding.
Price:
Rs. 595 for 2.5ml, pretty expensive.
Pros of Chambor Flowing Lipstick Passion Rose:
- Gorgeous color.
- Smooth texture.
- Will suit wheat-ish/yellowish skin tones.
- Great for parties, wedding season is here pretties!
- Smart packaging.
Cons of Chambor Flowing Lipstick Passion Rose:
- Price is on the higher side.
- Application might be difficult without a mirror.

Recommend, yes of course! Repurchase? Not sure but if I do not find any better red, I might pick this up again.

Wow Rash..this is absolutely a gorgeous shade and suits u very well..I’ve a brownish red (classic Rose)from this range and I sort of like the shade..but the stay power is just amazing..love it..:)

I loved this color so much :). Liquid lipsticks can make your lips dry sometimes. Hope this one doesn’t dry out lips .
No it doesn’t, but if u have extreme dry lips, u might need a balm
