Chanel Joues Contraste Blush In Love 55
Claims : Unique powder blusher offers buildable coverage, from natural to dramatic, and imparts a flattering radiance to cheeks. Remarkably silky texture ensures easy application of seamless colour. Applied high on the cheekbone, or near the eyes, it instantly ‘lifts’ and softens the face for a more youthful look.

I am in love with “In Love” powder blush from Chanel. This is officially my first Chanel blush and I adore it.
In Love 55 is a peachy coraly blush with super fine golden shimmers. The shimmers just add sheen to the the blush. They are not chunky or glittery.
The blush is very finely milled, goes on super smooth and gives satiny finish to cheeks. On my NC 35 skin tones, it looks more like a burnt coral color. It is not chalky and the color itself is buildable. I don’t see it as a super pigmented blush but it build up beautifully with 2-3 swipes of color. The warmth in the blush would work great on most skin tones. The blush smells like rose petals.
The blush comes packed in a black casing. There is an inbuilt mirror, a transparent cover to protect the product, a non scratchy brush ( use it only in emergencies) and a velvet pouch.
The staying power is awesome. it stays on good 5 + hours on me. Even by the end of the day it does not look like my cheeks have no color. For reference, I have normal to dry skin. If you have oily skin, the staying power may vary.
Overall, if you are looking for super pigmented blushes, these may not be the best bet for you. If you like to build up your blushes, Joues Contraste could be your cup of tea. You can never go over board with this one.
