Hi everybody,

Today I am going to review a body spray from the old classic Charlie range. A few months ago, I had a habit that whenever I used to visit a cosmetic store, I was bound to pick up 2-3 body sprays apart from the things I already intend to buy. I loved collecting different fragrances, be it sprays, perfumes or mists. You know, it is like perfume phase, then lipstick phase, then eyeliner phase in my life. I hoard up things according to the phase. 😛 😛 Does it happen to you too?

Ingredients:

Alcohol denatured, butylene glycol, fragrance, BHT, menthol, menthoxypropanediol, propellant: hydrocarbons, ethyl alcohol containing 1% diethylphthalate, 65.9% w/w.

Usage directions:

for best results, shake the can well and spray 15 cms away from the body and underarms. Do not spray directly on clothes.

My experience with Revlon Charlie Urban Energy Body Spray:

The first thing is- I have lost the cap of this long cutie bottle. It fell off sometime back and I guess the maid swiped it out of the house before I could know it. Anyways the bottle is with me. You can see it comes in a long purple bottle and that 33% extra tag 😛 It is always good to get long bottles isn’t it?

The spray gives a divine sensuous fragrance. I cannot completely categorize it into floral or fruity but it is really soothing and sensuous. It is mild yet effective enough to produce an impact on the ones near you. I absolutely love it. The spray does not cause even the mildest of irritation on my body or underarms. It does not cause any white cast on the skin. The fresh fragrance lingers on for around 4-5 hours, we do not even expect beyond that knowing that it is a deodorant. You know it is the kind which is light and not a strong one but it is very pleasant and the kind that if you pass around somebody he/she would notice it and would love to smell it again. Whichever time you smell it, it gives you a fresh feel. Revlon Charlie range is running from a very long time and we know some or the other Charlie fan around us. They make some awesome fragrances and this one is my favorites among them.

I would search for perfume version of this. It is completely a mood lifter for me. Even if it is a gas spray, the bottle serves for a long time. No matter how many new and better fragrances I buy, I would love to keep one bottle of this fragrance always with me.
Apart from this, Marks and Spencer’s bohemia perfume, and Guess perfume (pink bottle) are the ultimate fragrances that I love and would always keep them in my collection. Which are your favourites?

Yes I would love to.
