My Experience with Covergirl Colorlicious Candy Oh Sugar! Vitamin-Infused Lip Balm:
I bought this lip balm from Walgreens because the packaging looked cute. I have used a couple of Covergirl products, but I find them quite expensive compared to any other drugstore brands, though the quality is better than the rest. I have been suffering from a nasty wind burn on my lips, so I needed something that might make my lips feel relieved. I was applying lip butter and lip balms, which didn’t make any difference. So, I bought this lip balm.
The Covergirl Colorlicious Oh Sugar! Vitamin-Infused Lip Balm comes in a pink colored rectangular plastic case with a twist-up mechanism. It’s a sturdy case and the twist-up mechanism works well. The bullet is quite soft, so I need to be careful while application else it will fall off from the base. Overall, the packaging is cute and fuss-free.
The Covergirl Colorlicious Oh Sugar! Vitamin-Infused Lip Balms come in a variety of shades and most of them provide a sheer finish to the lips. I chose the shade “Candy”, which is a hot pink shade. I love the shade as it looks very natural on the lips. Generally, I apply the lip balm on my bare lips. It provides a glossy, sheer finish, which is moderately hydrating. It has a sweet taste to it and a fruity smell as well. Overall, it’s an average lip balm, but not a great one as it is pricier than the regular drugstore ones.
