My weekdays and weekends are going very hectic these days. I have so much work to do; like office work, my husband’s birthday preparations and IMBB. I have to buy so many gifts for him, learn to cook as I am going to prepare dinner that day and invite friends and family. Daily cake sessions are happening.On top of it all I am not at all in good health. Going through severe headache, cold, cough and fever. Not sure how I am gonna manage all this. My reviews are also pending since long, but today I took out time in office and wrote this review for you all 😀

Let’s read further about the review; I think for the first time on IMBB I am going to review an eye liner. I hardly use colored eye liner, however, I have many. I am not very good with eye shadows and liquid eyeliners so I always prefer eye pencils over them as they help me define my eyes and sometimes I also use them as an eye shadow. For quite some time, I was looking for a copper or bronze eyeliner as my chamber bronze eyeliner was finished. I went to the market and bought two similar shades from this range. I am using it for 2 weeks now; let’s see how I feel about it.

My experience with Deborah Milano 24 Ore Eye Liner Pencil – 266:

This is my first product from Deborah brand. I was eyeing on this brand after seeing so many reviews from Neha and other people. Thanks to IMBB for introducing me to colored eyeliners. This one is a perfect color that I was looking for. This is such a party wearer shade. I like bronze and golds for a party make up. This can be easily used as an eye shadow as this is very smooth and creamy. I apply primer beneath and apply eye pencil over it. Smudge it with black eye pencil from right corner and you are good to go.

I always look for ingredient while buying anything for the eyes, but list wasn’t mentioned. I applied it to my water line just to check the payoff, in an hour or so it smudged completely. I applied it on my eyelid and it remained for a whole day with only little smudging from corners. So I was happy to see that it worked. Obviously, if you are going to rub your eyes then it will smudge otherwise it will remain.

The shade is so gorgeous and I love this kind of shade. I need to apply this 2-3 times to get perfect color which is bad. I don’t know why company doesn’t take care of this. It leads to wastage of product, time and breaking of tip as well. I have summarized all important points below:

Shade: 266 is a gorgeous metallic dark copper color with light flecks of gold.
Texture: It is smooth and creamy. It glides easily on eyelids.
Intensity: This is not very intense. The color payoff is not very impressive. To get the dark color, I need to swipe it 2-3 times on my eyelids.
Smudge: It does smudge on water line but not on eyelid
Waterproof: It doesn’t claim to be waterproof but with water splash, it won’t come out.
Breakable: Tip breaks easily while sharpening and other wise too.
Sharpener: Sharpener is needed with this pencil.
Staying power: Is good and stays on my oily eyelids for full day. I don’t apply this on my lower lash line.
Removing: It easily comes off with eye makeup remover or cleaning milk.

• Not pigmented and need to swipe 2-3 times on eye lids.
• No sharpener with it.
• Not smudge proof.
• Can’t be used for water lines.
• Tip breaks very easily, causes product wastage.

Will I recommend/repurchase Deborah Milano 24 Ore Eye Liner Pencil – 266:

If you are looking for a beautiful metallic copper color for your eyelid then go for it. It will remain on your lids for the day. I tested this. Color pigmentation is not that great and need to be swiped 2-3 times, but this doesn’t matter until you are going to use it daily which is not possible as this shade is more for parties or events. I am going to use this eyeliner as eye shadow as this is very soft and creamy.

IMBB Rating: 2.5/5 for lower lash line and 4.5 for upper.
