Emma Hardie Moisture Boost Vitamin C Cream Review

With my dull and dry skin, I always look for good hydrating and brightening serum and cream products. Generally, vitamin C serum is the one I choose often to add brightness to my face, but Emma Hardie Moisture Boost Vitamin C cream was a new concept for me as it promises to offer hydration and brightness together.

Product Details:
Pretty much everything you want from a day cream can be found in Moisture Boost Vit + C Cream. Containing 2% of potent active ingredient Vitamin C, it works to refine the skin, reverse sun damage and reduce unsightly pigmentation, whilst red algae extract helps to lift the complexion. Plus, ever heard of Coenzyme Q10? This anti-ageing superstar helps the skin do battle with damaging free radicals caused by UV rays, while also finding time to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin B3 is another wonder ingredient – a skin brightening peptide which works to even the skin tone, increasing hydration levels in the process. There’s also sweet almond, grape seed and sesame seed oils to moisturise skin to the max.

My Experience with Emma Hardie Moisture Boost Vitamin C Cream:

Emma Hardie Moisture Boost Vitamin C cream comes housed in a 50 ml jar with a twist on cap on top. The name of the brand and product is printed around the jar itself.

I have already reviewed Emma Hardie Intense Vitamin C Serum which I didn’t like much, but unlike the serum, I love this cream a lot. The texture of this cream is slightly thick, very creamy and soft to touch and has moringa scent. It does feel a little heavy on the face, that’s the reason I don’t prefer using both cream and serum together.

Emma Hardie Moisture Boost Vitamin C Cream

On my initial application of this cream, it felt as if it was making my skin look oily, but as it was sinking it, it made my skin appear bright andfelt hydrating on the skin. This cream is for my lazy days, when I just want to use one single product and be done with my skincare, and this cream is for such fuss-free days. For me, it works both as a serum and a moisturizer. This cream will work better in winter season, but I still use a little quantity in these summer days. In winters, I might be able to use both the serum and moisturizer together from Emma Hardie. The hydration that Emma hardie moisture Boost Vit+ C cream provides does last for one full day and with usage over 15 days, I can see that my skin is much more bright and even toned.
