When I read matte, I go nuts and pick up all the possible shades. I picked this up with another shade Adorable matt. This light shade turned out too pale for me, nevertheless a good base for darker lipsticks. Take a look;

My Experience with Essence 15 Oh So Matt! Longlasting Lipstick:
Well, like you can see, this looks very white paint-like on me. This will be a lighter nude shade, for very pale skin. For me, this just makes my lips look white and non-existent.
The lipstick comes in a cute case, and bullet looks pretty, with the embossing going on. The texture is also very nice and smooth but not at all cakey or thick matte. It feels very paint-like and covers my lips natural color.
The color can be like a base for deeper lipsticks, or you can mix your dark lipsticks, with this to mattify and lighten them. This lipstick is actually like a creamy matte. It is nowhere close to powdery matte texture.
The lipstick transfers minimally and doesn’t bleed. It also feels moist enough to be a matte. It would last you an average of 3 hours.
Pros of Essence Oh So Matt! Longlasting Lipstick:

• Good base to cover lip pigmentation.
• Good to mix with darker lipstick.
