My Experience with Faces Sheer Bliss Ultime Pro Longwear Matte Lipstick:

Starting with the packaging of the lipstick. The lipstick comes in a long and sleek plastic packaging. The matte black tube looks classy. The cap of the lipstick is also of the same color and shuts tightly with a click sound. The base of the tube bears a color-coded sticker where the shade number and shade name are mentioned. The lipstick tube bears the brand’s tagline in silver fonts. The packaging of the lipstick is very lightweight and handy. Overall, the packaging is nice and travel- friendly.

The shade “Sheer Bliss” is a warm toned coral lip color with a slightly brownish hue. This shade will suit Indian skin tones nicely. The shade is nice and wearable. Hence, it can be easily carried at daytime. There are no shimmers in the lipstick. The pigmentation of the lipstick is average. I would not say it is insanely pigmented. It requires two-three swipes to build up the color. The color is easily buildable and the lipstick does not feel heavy on my lips. It does not crease even after layering.

The texture of the lipstick is extremely creamy and non-drying. It glides smoothly all over the lips without any dragging. The formula is soft and smooth. The lipstick feels so light and comfortable on the lips. The formula is nice and moisturizing. I do not need any lip balm underneath. The lipstick looks creamy initially and then it sets to a nice matte finish. The lipstick is creamy in nature, which makes it transfer a little.

The color bleeds a little after meals, so I definitely need a lip liner underneath to keep the lipstick in place. It does not settle into the fine lines of the lips and never gets patchy. The lipstick lasts for some 4-5 hours nicely without any significant fading. It easily survives light sipping but fades away with a full heavy meal. So, it requires a reapplication instantly (after a meal). The formula is non-staining, and the lipstick can be easily removed with my makeup remover.
