But, I am quite happy with my decision of trying out this cream. My skin tends to face occasional breakouts that often leave scars behind. Hence, to treat these scars and spots, I invest in skin whitening and lightening products. The claims made by this fairness serum cream are similar to Garnier White Complete Multi Action Fairness Cream. I’m not sure if this fairness serum cream is its advanced version. So without any ado, let’s get into the details.

My Experience with Garnier Skin Naturals Light Complete Fairness Serum Cream SPF 19:
Packaging:
Garnier Skin Naturals Light Complete Fairness Serum Cream comes in a yellow coloured tub packaging having a white coloured screw lid. I bought the smallest version, i.e. 18 g tub. This tub is quite small, sturdy, and compact. Some may consider tub packaging unhygienic, but for me it is alright. The tub has an outer cardboard packaging that houses all the necessary information about the product. The packaging is spill-proof and travel-friendly. It also comes with a fairness scale, which I didn’t use.
Texture, Consistency and Fragrance:
The cream has a smooth, butter-like velvety texture. It is lightweight and has a medium consistency. It is neither too thick nor thin. The cream has the perfect white colour and spreads over the skin easily.
It has a mild fragrance with the hint of lemons. The fragrance is quite refreshing and does not bother the nose, which I absolutely love. If you love citrus fragrances then you will find it pleasant.
Usage/Results:
I have been using this cream for almost 4 weeks now and I think this is the perfect time to review it. I didn’t use any other product during the day while I was using this cream. But I carried out my night time skincare routine as it is. I used this cream every single day during the past 4 weeks.
I cleanse my face with a soap-free cleanser and pat dry the skin. Then, I scoop out a pea size amount out of the cream and dot it over the face and neck. With light hands, I spread the cream and gently massage it in for less than a minute so that it gets nicely absorbed.
The cream sinks into the skin quickly, providing an instant glow. It makes the skin velvety soft and does not leave any whitish cast or residue behind, like other fairness creams. It perfectly moisturizes the skin and keeps it nourished. Unlike other fairness creams, it didn’t cause any breakouts. It has provided whitening effects since day 1 of its usage.
With the regular use of this cream for nearly 4 weeks, my skin is brighter and lighter than before. The cream has blurred out the acne scars, but has not been successful in clearing them completely. These results have been purely obtained by using this cream only. The only con associated with this cream is that it cannot control oil production. Within a few hours of application, the skin feels a little over moisturized.
I wasn’t going to invest in this cream considering my past experience with Garnier products. But, my mum literally forced me to purchase this and I am glad she did. Now, whenever my mum sees my skin she repeats the same line every time, “I told you to try this one, be thankful.” 😀
