Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation is my holy grail foundation, but I never used to wear it on day to day basis. When I saw that Giorgio Armani was coming out with another foundation that would offer sheer coverage, I was super excited and wanted to try it. The shade range is not huge and these do change colour on the skin, so I wasn’t sure which shade to get. The shade I eventually chose was No. 4 and I think it suits me perfectly.

My Experience with Giorgio Armani Beauty Maestro Glow Nourishing Fusion Makeup:
Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow Nourishing Fusion Makeup comes housed in a glass bottle with dropper. The name of the brand and product name are on the front of the bottle and the shade number is mentioned at the bottom of the bottle.
The full name of this product is Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow Nourishing Fusion Makeup Biphase Elixir SPF 30. Yes, this has a SPF of 30, which is a bonus point for me. This is an oil-based foundation and the bottle needs to be shaken properly prior to use since the pigments get separated from the oil. It has a slick upon initial application but sets into a soft and powdery finish.
This foundation imparts the most beautiful dewy look. If you are all about dewy look, then you will love this product. In winters, I have quite dry and flaky skin and this one makes my dry skin look so good.
This fusion makeup melts into the skin invisibly and leaves the skin looking naturally radiant. It is buildable and offers sheer to light medium coverage (that’s what I prefer on a day-to-day basis).
It feels light and comfortable on the skin. I like the fact that it offers skin care properties as well. It actually feels like you are applying serum on your skin because of the liquid nature. I prefer using my fingers to blend this out instead of using a brush.
Whenever I wear this foundation, I get compliments on how beautiful my skin looks. This does last pretty well on the skin as well. I get 5 to 6 hours of wear without any touchups, which is great considering this is a luminous foundation. It do get a little oily on my forehead area but nothing major. If you have normal to dry skin, you will love this , I won’t suggest this foundation for the people with oily skin.

I am nc 20 in mac and i have shade 3 in luminous silk foundation.. but since the shade range is small ,i think #4 will work if you are 4 in lumnious silk . 🙂
