The first step to achieving healthy-looking skin begins with gentle yet effective cleansing.

Packaging:
The face wash comes in a tube-like brown-coloured transparent long bottle with a very sturdy pump. It’s a very high-end product and very accurate to its claim; when you hold it in your hands it does feels very classy. The cap comes with a secure lock which makes is pretty steady and safe without having a fear of the cap opening and spilling the product. The face wash is thick in consistency and transparent. The bottle looks very classy and there’s too much quantity in it which will last you for a very long time, considering it’s too expensive.

My Experience with Kiehl’s Calendula Deep Cleansing Foaming Face Wash:
This face-wash is for normal to oily skin type but I have a combination skin and I am using it for last 6 months with good results, so it works for me. The people at the Kiehl’s stores are very generous with you and your skin, since the entire range is so expensive; after testing your skin type, they give you free samples of the product (which last for a week) for the starters and according to our skin type they refer us an entire range of skin care or repair routine. This way it becomes very convenient for us to check before buying how good or bad the product will be for our skin without wasting a single penny :-p. It’s certainly a blessing.
As mentioned by the seller, the face-wash is a totally chemical-free product which is very light on the skin. It repairs the skin everyday. True to it’s claim, the face-wash comes in a transparent gel form; just one very small pump lathers in a foam beautifully. It has a very light herbal fragrance which is very soothing to your senses.
Just after the wash, face does looks squeaky clean and very healthy. It does feel a little dry in the beginning but that feeling eventually settles down. More than the wash externally, it repairs your face internally, deep cleaning pores from within, taking care of the breakouts, making the skin very healthy day by day.
Undoubtedly the face-wash is too expensive but the quantity is too good and its goes a long way, maybe six months or more. You will feel visible difference in the skin after using it on a regular basis. I never had that glow on the face before but with the usage of this combination of few Kiehl’s products, my face is glowing majorly, and lately I am getting many compliments regarding my skin. It makes me feel very happy; who says you cannot buy happiness? People, it’s out there grab it.:-)
