I love to try out new face washes, and this new one by Lakme looked so tempting and attractive. So this review is going to be on a Lakme Blush and Glow Face Wash that has peach extracts. Read on for more details.

My Experience with Lakme Blush and Glow Face Wash Peach:
The orange tube looks so beautiful with the white cap. It’s actually a translucent tube but appears orange due to the face wash. I really like this small packaging but a bigger size is also available. The cap closes tightly. A nice amount of the product comes out only when the tube is squeezed. The small tube is quite handy and easy to carry around. It is an affordable face wash, but might seem expensive in comparison to other drugstore face washes.
This Peach variant has a beautiful, fresh scent which actually feels good. It doesn’t smell exactly like peaches, but I like this mild scent. The face wash itself is an orange colored thick gel and glides smoothly on the skin. I just need coin size amount to clean my face. The face wash also contains some small and gentle exfoliating particles. But, this face wash alone can’t exfoliate my skin well and I still need to include a scrub in my regimen. The face wash lathers well and rinses off easily too.
The face wash cleanses my face deeply and it removes all the dirt and oil from face. It leaves a fresh, squeaky-clean face, and my skin feels totally oil-free. But, as I have super oily skin, this face wash can’t control my oil well. After 2 hours, my T-zone starts to get oily again. Still, the face wash makes my skin soft and smooth. My skin doesn’t feel dry or stretchy after using this face wash. It keeps skin decently hydrated but this face wash is not good enough for dry skin type in winters as it doesn’t provide any moisturization.
Also, it can’t add any glow to my skin, but my skin does look fresh and totally cleansed after using this wash. It makes my skin look clean and bright. It also cleanses minimal face makeup easily. It has never irritated my skin and has never broken me out. Overall, it is a normal face wash that cleanses the skin well without drying it out. It is a nice summer face wash if you wish to try something new. I just wish it controlled oil better.

• Can’t control oil for long.
• “Blush” and “Glow” claims are false.
• Exfoliating particles are too gentle for scrubbing.
• Not moisturising enough for winters.

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Lakme Blush and Glow Face Wash Peach?
I prefer oil-controlling face washes, so I won’t repurchase this one. But, if you have normal to dry skin, you can try this out. There’s nothing special about this face wash, though.
