My Experience with Lorac Pro Metallic Cream Eyeliner in Sage:
Packaging: This cream eyeliner comes in a little pot with a long black cap. It has an applicator brush which is concealed inside the cap. You can use the applicator brush as it is or you can also fit it on top of the cap if you need a longer handle. Very convenient packaging as you will not misplace the brush ever.
Applicator Brush: Looking at the brush, I wasn’t very sure of whether it will do its job or not. I was pleasantly surprised that the brush is very good. It picks up the right quantity of the product and also the application is very easy and precise using the brush. You can use it flat for a thicker line or sideways for a thinner line.
Shade: Sage, as the name suggests is a beautiful dark green. I just loved the color in the pot. On the eyes, it looks a bit lighter. As it has a metallic finish, it looks a bit shimmery on the eyes.
Texture, Finish, Pigmentation: The texture of the eyeliner is very creamy. It glides smoothly over the eyes. It takes around 30-45 seconds to set and then it does not smudge or budge. It stayed put on my eyes for around 5-6 hours, which is good considering I have oily eyelids. Of course, if you rub your eyes vigorously, it will fade a bit. It does not wash away with water but is pretty easy to take off using a cleanser.
In short, LORAC PRO Sage Metallic Cream Eyeliner is a beautiful shimmery green eyeliner which has a nice texture and good staying power. However, it does not come cheap at 19 dollars.
