hey Falak do not forget the french pharmacy favorites like bioderma, European drugstore brands like Essence, Catrice, Collection ( esp their concealer it is great for oily skin and simply the best) Avene, la rosay posay, bourjois, Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre 24 Hour Miracle Cream ( a very popular and multi purpose product) , Vichy, Superdug, MUA, Boots, ELF….phew these are all I can remember right now 😀

Hi Falak, firstly thanks for asking this question as even I am planning to visit Europe sometime in dec/next year. I am happy here you get a prompt reply and and help.
Coming to the brands, I would suggest that you buy stuff that is not easily available in India. Brands like stila, benefit etc are available here and the price difference is not so much.
Also, do check out the duty-free cosmetics at airports.
As for the oily skin, try Smashbox photofinish foundation primer or MUFE HD primer.
