Today, I will be reviewing a cleanser and toner product from Natio, specifically for acne-prone skin. Let’s find out how it fared for me!
INR 700 for 100 gm.
My Experience with Natio Acne Clear Away Dual Action Cleanser and Toner:
I was searching for a toner when I stumbled upon this product and since I was in a hurry, I read the word toner and added this to my cart. When I received the product, I came to know that it’s a face wash and exactly a toner per se. How silly of me! Anyway, this product comes packed in a tube with a flip cap that shuts and opens with a click. I really love the colour palette of this range as it’s soothing to the eyes. The details are printed on the back side of the tube. The packaging is very sleek and travel friendly.
The cleanser is transparent and has a gel-like consistency. It doesn’t foam much when you massage it all over your face. The gel is a bit thicker than your regular gel face washes. It has a mild fragrance of some herb that I cannot exactly describe, but it’s mild and a little bit spicy and I happen to like the fragrance. It doesn’t linger around much and to me, the fragrance is relaxing and calming.
The cleanser really helps clean all the dirt and gunk from the face and provides with a clean face. I don’t have acne-prone skin, but I do get breakout sometimes if I hog on a lot of unhealthy food. I picked this one up because I thought my brother could use it too. His skin tends to breakout a lot more than mine. TMI, I know. 😛 I do get little bumps on my face and I’ve noticed that they’ve stopped once I started using this cleanser. I’ve noticed that my skin is a lot smoother now that the little bumps don’t appear.
This toner does absorb excess oil from the face and keeps my T zone oil free for the rest of the day. My cheeks feel a bit dry and stretchy after using this cleanser because I have combination skin. So, applying a lotion is a must for me. It gives me that squeaky clean feel after I use this product and I love it even though it leaves my skin a bit dry. If you have oily skin type, then this one is a great cleanser for you! It says that it tones the skin too, but I haven’t noticed that difference to my skin tone yet.
