This is my first product from the brand “Nip + Fab.” I got it on discount as there was a packaging flaw. Let’s see if this body cream impressed me or not.
Moisturizing + refining body lotion perfect for flaky or oily skin. Powerful glycolic acid combines with salicylic + lactic acids to naturally exfoliate + retexture, revealing instantly smoother + brighter-looking skin. Contains salicylic acid: aids exfoliation of surface skin cells + unclogs pores. Lactic acid: stimulates exfoliation, cell renewal + sythesis of collagen. Effects help reveal younger, smoother looking skin. Glycolic acid: Stimulates cellular activity + collagen synthesis to help reduce the appearance of fine lines + wrinkles.
My Experience with Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Body Cream:
As I have mentioned earlier in the post, there is a packaging flaw with this tube. The flip open cap doesn’t shut very tightly, so this is not very travel friendly. For this very reason, a couple of tubes from this range were on discount (might be a batch manufacturing issue). The hole dispenses an apt amount of cream each time.
I was tempted by the words “glycolic fix.” I want to improve my skin texture, and thought that an enriched cream might help. This cream has a weird scent. Really! The first thing that hits you when you open the tube is the smell, which though not very unpleasant, feels bothersome.
The cream is of nice lightweight consistency. It is a very light cream, which simply gets absorbed into skin. You apply it and your skin just soaks it up. It is great as a day-time lotion/cream where you don’t want greasy feeling. It soothes parched skin and imparts smooth and supple look. If you have flakiness, this will definitely help in treating it.
The effects however are short lived and you would need to reapply every 2-3 hours if you have dry skin. It is not intensely nourishing, not the kind of cream that makes its presence felt the whole day by virtue of the great moisturization it can provide throughout the day. This is good for normal-oily skin, as a regular body cream to achieve smooth and supple skin. I emphasize on the word “smooth”because my skin certainly looked smoother.
I apply it after showering, when my skin is still moist, and this body cream goes on so easily. My skin laps it up! And since it gets absorbed in seconds, I can even get ready and step out without it feeling heavy or uncomfortable on me.
Pros of Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Body Cream:
- Nice packaging (my tube came with a manufacturing defect).
- Non-greasy texture.
- Great for daily use.

Cons of Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Body Cream:

- Weird scent.
- Not long staying.
