My Experience with Olay Total Effects 7 in 1 Intense Moisture Face and Body Wash:
The body wash comes in the same signature packaging of Olay Total Effects Range. The sleek plastic bottle bears a black flip top cap, which fits securely making the bottle leak-proof and travel-friendly. The bottle has all the necessary product related information printed on it. Overall, the packaging is nice, sturdy and travel-friendly.
This is a dual purpose product which can be used for both your face and body. Though I keep my face care products separately, still I was so keen to try this out as it was from Olay. The body wash is milky white in color. The consistency of the body wash is slightly on the runnier side. So, it easily spills off causing more product wastage.
The formula is similar to that of a shower cream. It is very creamy and smooth. It smells so good and has a pleasant floral fragrance, which is not too strong or bothering. This fragrance lasts for some one-hour or so and fades away gradually. It instantly revives the senses and refreshes my mood. I love strong smelling bath products but this mild fragrance has totally won my heart.
Considering its creamy formula, I assumed that it will not lather well but to my surprise, a coin-sized amount is good enough to get a rich lather. It creates a lot of foam and cleanses my skin very nicely. It feels super rich and creamy on the skin. The product deeply cleanses the skin removing every bit of oil, dirt and grease from my skin leaving it soft and smooth. It does not make my skin feel dry or stretchy but I still need a body lotion to deeply nourish my skin.
The body wash is very easy to wash off. It does not leave any slippery residue behind. I have used this product as a face wash also and I am quite impressed as it worked nicely on my sensitive skin. It never breaks me out and controlled the oil upto 3-4 hours. Overall, this is really a nice product.
