My Experience with Pond’s White Beauty Tan Removal Scrub:

Pond’s white beauty tan removal scrub comes in a white inverted tube with a flip-flop cap. The scrub is white in color with very tiny pink particles. I have been using it daily since a week. I love VLCC Fade Tan Scrub and since it is also a tan removal scrub, I really wanted to try it. I have acne prone, sensitive skin.

Only a small amount of product is required for daily scrub. The amount of scrub I showed in the picture is double the amount required for a single use. It has very minute scrub particles and the scrub is very gentle to use. It is so gentle that it can be used daily without any worries, even the pack says that it can be used daily. It lathers very well on the face and is very creamy. I don’t think it is apt for oily-skinned because I think I have experienced a few break outs after using it. It might be because of the creaminess. It doesn’t make my skin dry or stretchy at all.

Ponds Tan Removal Scrub 5

It removes tan quite well. It makes my skin look brighter, but still, I think VLCC Fade Tan Scrub is much better in removing the tan. VLCC fade tan scrub prevented break outs too. This scrub might work as a good daily wear scrub for dry-skinned beauties.

Ponds Tan Removal Scrub 8

Pros of Pond’s White Beauty Tan Removal Scrub:

  • It is okay for removing tan, not great, but still acceptable.
  • Makes my skin look brighter.
  • The scrub is quite gentle, so can be used daily.
  • Doesn’t make my skin stretchy or dry.
  • Lathers very well.
  • Creamy.
  • Will work well for dry-skinned beauties in summers.

Cons of Pond’s White Beauty Tan Removal Scrub:

  • Doesn’t prevent break outs, in fact, I think it might have caused break outs on me.
  • Is not a very effective scrub because of the tiny particles.
  • Won’t work that well for oily-skinned ladies like me, especially in summers.

IMBB Rating:

Will I Repurchase/Do I Recommend Pond’s White Beauty Tan Removal Scrub?

It is a gentle scrub for daily use which might be liked by dry skinned beauties more than the oily skinned beauties. It is not a must have product and I don’t think it is better than VLCC Fade tan scrub at all. So, I won’t be repurchasing it.

Have a nice day 🙂

Oh no. this caused breakouts ? I get it actually – this might leave a creamy layer on top – of that white cream so it makes you lighter for sometime and makes oily skin more oily eventually. Do you think the naturessence tan removal product`s better ?

Surbhi April 5, 2013 at 9:25 pm

yes it caused acne on my face arja 🙁 yeah this might be the way it works. i m sorry i can’t compare it with nature’s essence tan removal products. i hvent tried those 🙁

arja April 5, 2013 at 8:52 pm

The white beauty face wash worked for me though. I was looking forward to trying their bb cream (but I think it`ll go oily on me. )

Surbhi April 5, 2013 at 9:27 pm

their bb cream will make my skin oily too 🙁

Surbhi April 5, 2013 at 8:58 pm
