What You Will Need:
1. 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
2. A pinch of turmeric
3. A few drops of lime juice
4. 1 tablespoon Full-fat yoghurt
5. Rose water
These are the 5 ingredients you will need to make this ubtan.
How to Make:
You just have to take all the ingredients and mix them really well until you reach the desired consistency. You can increase or decrease the quantity of rose water until you are satisfied with the outcome.
How to Apply:
Apply on your face and neck. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Do it twice a week and be religious with it. you will definitely notice results in a few weeks time.
