Hair type: Curly, but chemically straightened; shoulder length

Today’s review is about Schwarzkopf Got2b Oil-Licious Tame and Shine Styling Oil. I regularly use styling oils after hair wash. I wanted to try something new so, got this one by Schwarzkopf. This product claims to have argan oil. So, here is my opinion about this product.

My Experience with Schwarzkopf Got2B Oil-Licious Tame and Shine Styling Oil:
The packaging looks cute and a little stylish. It comes in a curvy plastic bottle with a pump on top. The pump can be closed by a transparent cap. The transparent cap closes and opens quite easily. But it gets little slippery if your hand is little oily. The product is golden orange in color (or honey color) and looks attractive.
The consistency of the product is like that of coconut oil. It is not very thick and spreads well. The fragrance is pretty strong. It has a range of fragrances, from fruity to floral. The smell is so strong that I didn’t want to try and guess what exactly it smells like. The fragrance also lasts quite a few hours. I would not have preferred such a strong fragrance. It’s very overwhelming. It smells like Moroccan oil.
I usually use 2 pumps for my shoulder length hair. You can use the product on completely dry hair or towel dried hair, as you like it. I have used it both ways. But I prefer to use it on towel dried hair as it’s easier to spread the product when the hair is still moist and the hair will hold the moisture just like our skin.
Using the product resulted in frizz control but the oil weighed my hair down. It looked like I had soaked my hair in oil. It didn’t feel oily but it looked that way. My hair is not very dry. I think if one’s hair is dry then the product does a good job of balancing the oiliness of hair and scalp. I didn’t want to waste the product so I am using it on the ends of my hair only. It works fine there. This product works well as a detangler.

I am sure I won’t. I didn’t like the fact that it weighs my hair down and the fragrance is too much for me.
Would I Recommend Schwarzkopf Got2B Oil-Licious Tame and Shine Styling Oil?
If you have extremely dry hair, give it a try. I am sure the argan oil will do good. If you don’t like the weighed down look of the hair, then stay away.
