My Experience with Sephora Collection Color Lip Last Lipstick 23 Elegant in Brown:

This lipstick comes in a sleek black tube which is handy and easy to carry in a bag. One end of the lipstick has a color-coded display while the other end bears the shade number. The lipstick itself has a flat end which may be quite bothersome for some people to get precise lines, but personally I love these flat ended lippies.

The Color Lip Last Lipstick comes in a huge variety of shades and is available in 4 types of finishes like matte, metallic, semi matte and shimmer. The shade which I picked up is called “Elegant in Brown” and it is a beautiful burgundy maroon shade with a hint of brown. This shade is apt for Indian skin tones and will complement any complexions.

The texture of the lipstick is smooth and it feels very light and applies well on the lips without tugging or pulling. The pigmentation of this lipstick is super awesome and gives full opacity in a swipe. The shade which I picked up has a semi-matte finish, so it is not that drying on the lips. The lipstick is comfortable and super long wearing. They last all day and at the end of the day, they may feel a tad bit drying.

The lipstick does transfer a little but nothing crazy. Since it is long-wearing, oil-based makeup removing wipe is necessary to remove it completely. The lippie does have a strong perfume scent which I am not a fan of. Other than that, this is a win-win product and I would recommend it to all lipstick junkies like me out there.
