Micellar water has been in so much rage for the last couple of years among makeup professionals & the fashion industry. I have also read so much about it online & therefore I really wanted to try one.
About this brand:

My Experience with Simple Cleansing Micellar Water:
I wanted to try something different this time & I happened to read a lot about the benefits of micellar water cleanser on the skin. I looked for a lot of options & found that Simple micellar is the most affordable. It comes in a plastic bottle with a green cap .It was easily available at my local Target store. I like how lightweight it feels on the skin, just like water.
I have tried different ways to use this product like -to remove my full face makeup and also used it after removing my makeup with face wipes .I have noticed that when I am wearing a full face makeup which includes waterproof eyeliner, long-staying foundation ,I require more than two cotton pads to remove everything. And after doing that too my waterproof liner & mascara doesn’t wipe off cleanly, it does leave some residue at the end. I think for all waterproof cosmetics it’s better to use removing products made specially to take care of it.
But it does wonders right after using my face cleanser. Also I am reaching for this product when I going to the gym in morning, I don’t like to apply any kind of moisturizer before going to the gym because it gets all sweaty with the workout and also I like the idea of having my skin pores clean & unclogged which this micellar water does. Just one cotton pad for my whole face, leaves my skin very hydrated and supple.
I also find this product very useful on my lazy days when I don’t feel like following the whole regime of cleaning my face. This single product takes all the dirt away & leaves a very refreshing skin.
And I love the fact that it is fragrance free which is a big plus for sensitive skin. I haven’t experienced any skin irritation, breakouts, and stinging eyes while using this product.
Pros of Simple Cleansing Micellar Water:
• Affordable price as compared to similar products in the market.
• Fragrance free.
• Especially for sensitive skin.
• Easy to use, just pour a generous amount on the cotton pad.
• Removes oil, dirt & makeup very well.
• Very hydrating & refreshing.
• Good portable packaging.
• No harsh chemicals ,no dyes.
Cons of Simple Cleansing Micellar Water:
• Haven’t found any till yet.
IMBB Rating: 5/5
Would I Recommend Simple Cleansing Micellar Water?
I think that at this price, it’s definitely worth a shot, especially if you’ve never tried micellar water before and you’d like to see what all the hype is about. As the packaging says ‘Kind to skin’.
