I am reviewing a few nail paints for the first time today and I am pretty excited about it. As matte nails are trending now a days, I wanted to give them a try and picked two shades up. Also, I love rose gold colour and picked a shimmery rose gold nail polish. I will be reviewing them all here today.

My Experience with Sugar Cosmetics Tip Tac Toe Nail Lacquer Purple Patch (Matte), Scarlett O’Hara (Matte) and Rock and Rose (Pro):
The nail paints come in quirky paper boxes. The square bottles are made of frosted, transparent glass with a black cap. The brushes are flat and make application of the nail paint super easy. It brings out enough product to cover one nail at a time.
All 3 shades dry super fast. The matte shades start looking matte as they dry. However, the matte effect starts fading after 4-5 days. They stay in place for 7-8 days without any major chipping. The quality is great and your nails look manicured. Also, they can be removed easily with any nail polish remover. The nail polishes do not make your nails yellow ever.
001 Purple Patch: This is a deep purple shade with very fine shimmer in it. The shimmers are visible even after the color turns matte, which makes it very interesting. The purple looks great for all skin tones and I am a big fan of the matte finish. It makes the nail color subtle and I don’t mind wearing this to lab either.
058 Scarlett O’Hara: This is a beautiful matte red nail polish. I recently was not much into red nail polishes. The glossy red on nails looked a little too OTT for me. I am happy with this deep red that gets matte, does not look faded and looks gorgeous yet looks subtle. The color is pretty much similar to the lip crayon of the same name from this brand. This red will look good on everyone.
042 Rock and Rose: This is a very girly and cute rose gold shade that will suit every skin tone. It has subtle shimmers which are not too chunky. This shade is great for parties, dates and special occasions.
Overall, I love all the three nail paints a lot. I generally do not finish my nail paints. But, I think these will be over soon.
