Here’s another product from The Body Shop. I have started realizing, that I am indeed a The Body shop fan, though never considered myself as one. But thanks to their sales that tempted me and made me buy tons of their products. I feel some of them will become my permanent staples.

Description:

This soap-free daily hand wash moisturises hands while it cleanses. It is dermatologically tested for very dry skin and contains hemp seed oil.

Directions

Lather up with water and rinse thoroughly. Use as often as required. This is step one in the Hemp hand care regime: a complete cleanse, target, moisturise and treat range

My experience with The Body Shop Hemp Moisturizing Hand Wash

This comes in a transparent bottle with a pump dispenser. For a hand wash, pump dispenser is an absolute must. The consistency of this product is not like regular soaps, I would describe it as a bit creamy consistency. I have used their Hemp moisture high balm. I am someone who washes her hands probably 100 times a day and use medical grade sanitizers more than that in the same day. Sometimes I even have to rub spirit on my hand. So you can imagine how grossly dry my hands tend to become. I try and use a hand cream or a cuticle cream at night, but well, I am a student and I can’t always remember to do that as more than half of the times I don’t know when I fall asleep 😛
So, I got this as the SA told me that this actually would condition my hands. It’s been more than a week since I am using this and OMG guys, I can already tell a difference. My hands feel softer and don’t look as dry. It feels like the natural moisture of my skin isn’t being stripped off at least when I am using this hand wash. I say lady, if you got those peeling cuticles; you need to try this bad boy.

Also, I am really in love with the way this smells. It is more like a clean and fresh herbal smell. If you have used their hemp hand protector, this smells like the cleaner version of that. Overall I am really loving this product. This is one of those few products that you actually need if you are someone like me. OCD about cleanliness or your job requiring frequent hand washing.

2. Very clean herbal smell
3. Cleans your hands and moisturizes them well
4. Actually makes your hands softer and restores moisture
5. Looking at the ingredient list, I can say you don’t need to worry. It takes care of the little microscopic devils as well.

Cons of The Body Shop Hemp Moisturizing Hand Wash

1. May be a little pricey for a hand wash. But it is on sale at 30% right now in many places. *happy dance*
