How is everyone doing? Today’s product in review is a body scrub from The Natures Co. I love using sugar body scrubs, but till now I used only my DIY scrubs. I wanted to use these body scrubs from TNC from quite some time as the sales girls there used to tempt me for this every time I visited them, but the high price used to stop me. So last time when there was 50% off in the store I didn’t think twice and quickly added this in my basket.
INR 1495 for 200ml
What the product claims:
Give your skin a fresh, soothing glow with the Jasmine Sugar Body Scrub. Enriched with Jasmine oil, it actively tones dry, greasy, irritated and sensitive skin. It enhances your skin’s elasticity, assists with stretch marks and also reduces scarring. Brown sugar acts as a natural exfoliate to get rid of dead skin and other impurities. In shower or bath, spread the scrub over your entire body. Rub into skin to exfoliate and then rinse well. Floral fragrance will linger on your skin. Recommended usage – 2 to 3 times a week.
My experience with The Natures Co Jasmine Sugar Body Scrub :
This body scrub is my first sugar body scrub and I just love it. The sugar particles are niether very small nor very big, just apt for a body scrub which can be used on all skin types. It is oil based scrub and that gives a nice massagiing effect when I use this scrub. The soothing aroma of jasmine and the scrubbing effect of sugar gives a very relaxing feel, it feels like acupressure to me :p (however if someone else can do it for me, I will relax even more 😛 ) The fragrance of jasmine is not over powering at all, it makes the bath a beautiful experience and my bathroom keeps smelling of jasmine full day. As this is a oil based scrub so it should not be used on wet skin, else it won’t give good results use it on clean and dry skin. And also as the SA suggested me, it’s good not to use body wash after using this scrub, as that way the essential oils will get to stay on skin and work. After using the scrub it feels very smooth, soft and clean. It helps with ingrown hair too. It claims to reduce tanning and stretch marks too. My skin is not that tanned so I asked my husband also to use it, it takes a while and I cannot expect magic on old tan with this scrub. For stretch marks also I cannot claim as I do not have it for now.
This scrub comes in a big plastic tub, and with my pack I got a coconut spatula free too . For the oil based scrub to stay good it’s important to keep it away from water. So I always takeout required amount in a bowl and use it and I never take the whole tub in the bathroom. On the whole a wonderful body scrub which makes skin super smooth.

Cons of The Natures Co Jasmine Sugar Body Scrub:
