With the temperatures lowering and the nip in the breeze becoming more prominent, I purchased some new products. Among them, one is VLCC Peach Lovable Lips Lip Balm. So let’s see how it fared.
My Experience with VLCC Peach Lovable Lips Lip Balm:
The packaging is very simple, but yet very catchy and attractive. It is cute, flirty and girly. A pink slim tube with the product name written on it, VLCC Peach Lip balm is easy to carry around in your pockets. The cap fits well and is transparent. There are details printed on the body. The lip balm has a mild, fruity fragrance, which is not bothersome. But I do like the fresh fruit smell which stays for around 15 minutes and then wears off.
The lip balm’s texture is smooth and glides effortlessly on the lips. It has a very light pink sheen, which is not enough for pigmented lips. The peachy-pink tint looks cute on lips. My lips are neither extremely dry nor pigmented, so this is quite a good option for me. The lip balm keeps lips soft and nourished. I apply it a few times a day and till now I haven’t faced any chapping. But I feel it cannot repair extremely chapped lips and I would rather recommend good old Vaseline or Nivea lip butters to take care of that.
The good thing is that it contains SPF 15, so I feel assured that my lips won’t be vulnerable to UV damage. So it can be easily worn at daytime or with the lipsticks lacking in SPF. The effects aren’t extraordinary and the staying power is average, around 3 hours. This is a cheap, easy to use daily lip balm, best suited for college going girls or to wear under lipsticks.
Pros of VLCC Peach Lovable Lips Lip Balm:
• Cute packaging
• Travel friendly
• Mild, fruity smell
• Smooth texture
• Glides effortlessly
• Provides light pink tint
• Moisturizes lips and prevents dryness
• Has SPF 15
Cons of VLCC Peach Lovable Lips Lip Balm:
• Cannot heal severely dry or chapped lips
• Not meant for very pigmented lips
• Average staying power

Not a fan of VLCC but this one seems to be a decent lip balm. I prefer something more potent during winters as my lips are prone to dryness. :/
Yes, as I mentioned. There are loads of better options in the market
