By Hima Banu

Skin Tone: Medium to Dusky

Hello IMBBians,

Hope your Valentine’s day went well. 🙂 Today I am going to review W7 Duo Blusher 4. Read on to find out whether it is a hit or a miss.

Price: ÂŁ3.95 for 7g
Product Description:
Two powder blushers in a single compact – dark tan combined with delicate peachy pink with gold shimmer.

My Experience with W7 Duo Blusher 4:

W7 is one of the budget brands. It is pretty affordable even in Australia, where all the cosmetic products are way too costly. W7’s display always catches my eye whenever I’m at a drugstore. They offer a lot of products and everything is just so bright and cute and cheap. Most of their products are super cheap and priced at $4.99.

Packaging:
This blusher comes in a plastic compact with a small brush but it does not contain a mirror. The packaging is a little cheap, but since it is a see-through pack, we can easily see the colours from outside. The brush is not too good, but it is not bad either. It is just an average brush.

Shade:
They offer a lot of different blushes. These duo blushes were available in 4 different colours: 01, 02, 03, and 04. The product which I picked up is the duo blusher number 04. It is the darkest shade available. This one has two different blushes: a dark terracotta kind of brownish dark colour and a light peachy colour.

Pigmentation:
The pigmentation of this duo is awesome as a little goes a long way. The darker shade is a perfect bronzing shade and it will suit all skin tones. This shade can also be used for contouring. The peachy colour is more like a highlighter for my skin tone, but it will suit lighter complexions pretty well. Both the shades have a light sheen to them, but nothing glittery. Both the shades blend well without looking patchy.

I tried using the darker shade as a blush and it was a beautiful earthy colour. When I tried using it as a bronzer, it was amazing as well. These shades work well as eye shadows, too. They have so much pigmentation that they make the eyes pop.

Staying Power:
The staying power of the compact is also quite good. It stays for more than 6 hours, which is super cool. One small drawback is that there is a lot of powder fall out which makes it kind of messy. But I think that is manageable.

Overall:
Thus it is one of the best buys for this price. It offers insane pigmentation, beautiful colour, awesome staying power and multiple uses.

Pros of W7 Duo Blusher 4:

• Insane pigmentation
• Long lasting
• Can be used as a bronzer, eyeshadow and contour shade
• Good shade selection
• Both shades blend well

Cons of W7 Duo Blusher 4:

• Fallout
• No mirror

IMBB Rating: 4.5/5
