My Experience with Watsons Pomegranate Scented Invigorating Body Scrub:
The scrub comes in a huge inverted plastic bottle. The bottle is white in color and has beautiful red flip top cap. The cap shuts tightly with a click sound and ensures that the packaging is leak-proof and travel friendly. The packaging is nice and absolutely hygienic. The bottle has the necessary product-related information on it. Overall, the packaging is nice and sturdy but it is too bulky to carry around on travels.
This body scrub smells really amazing. It has a strong and sweet, fruity kind of fragrance. The smell is so refreshing and relaxing. I really love how this scrub smells as I love strongly-scented shower products, but people with sensitive noses may find it a little annoying. This smells heavenly unlike my Watsons Green Tea Scented Scrub, which does not smell that great.
The consistency of the body scrub is quite thick and creamy. The creamy consistency of the scrub helps to work effortlessly on the body and the thick formula prevents product wastage. The scrub has big exfoliating granules. Though the granules are too big and they are kind of abrasive on the skin, but the creaminess of the formula counteracts the abrasiveness of the exfoliating particles making the scrubbing session effective, easier and non-abrasive. Therefore, people with sensitive skin can also use this. The scrub works amazingly well. It gives perfect exfoliation to the skin without being too harsh. It exfoliates skin deeply, sloughing off all dead skin cells, leaving my skin soft and smooth.
It does not cause any skin allergies on my sensitive skin. My skin feels buttery smooth after using this body scrub. It helps me to get rid of ingrown hair with regular usage. It softens skin and also contributes in getting rid of blackheads, leaving clean and clear skin. The scrub gets washed off easily with normal water and does not leave any residue behind. It is neither moisturizing nor drying. My skin looks normal after using this. I follow up with the body lotion from the same range to keep my skin moisturized and nourished.
