Today’s review is about Yves Rocher Green Tea Eau de Toilette. I am not a tea or coffee drinker but wanted to give this green tea fragrance from Yves Rocher a try. I have the rose one and I love it more with the passage of time. So, I went ahead and purchased this one. I had also read a lot of positive reviews online. This perfume was introduced in 2015. Let’s see how it fared for me.

My Experience with Yves Rocher Green Tea Eau de Toilette:
The packaging is lovely. The perfume comes in a cardboard box. The box is of lovely grass green and grey colour and there is a picture of green tea leaves. The bottle inside is transparent. The EDT is light green in colour. It’s a handy 100ml glass bottle which is a cuboid with rounded edges. The metal cap opens easily but fits very well to the spray nozzle. Overall, the packaging is great. It might be a little heavy and risky to carry during travel since it’s a glass bottle.
The fragrance is very mild. It smells very much like green tea and I find it very refreshing. I use 4 to 5 spritzes at once and the smell goes on and off. The notes are green tea, citrus, and woody. As soon as you spray, you can feel all the notes for the first few minutes. There are absolutely no floral notes, and I would totally suggest it to the people who do not prefer floral fragrances. The fragrance feels very calming and is mild. I feel that my mood elevates slowly but steadily.
I feel that longevity is an issue. It does not last long. It’s hard to tell since the fragrance is only noticeable as soon as you wear it and then it slowly fades away. Then suddenly, you can smell it again. This goes on for the whole day. I love strong fragrances but there are days when I feel I need a break and go for such mild ones.
I would say that this EDT is perfect for office wear as it is mild and not at all overpowering.

I totally recommend it if you do not prefer floral fragrance and looking for something mild and refreshing.
