Hali halo everyone!
Today’s review is about Zoeva Pink Spectrum Blush Palette. I would like to thank IMBB for sponsoring the product as a part of 30 reviews scheme. This is a new palette, which was released mid of January this year. There are 3 different palettes available in this range. I am reviewing the ‘Pink’ Spectrum Palette today. Now that spring is around the corner, I was very excited to buy this pink blush palette. I use blushes every day for office wear and also during the weekends. The fact that it has 4 shades makes it suitable for all occasions. Let’s start the review.

My Experience with Zoeva Pink Spectrum Blush Palette:

This ZOEVA palette, the Spectrum Collection palette, comes in a paper sleeve with identical patterns as the palette itself. The lid or flap has a magnetic closure. There is no mirror included in the packaging. This makes it very lightweight and sleek. Over all, the packaging is very stylish.

packaging

I usually swirl the blush brush on the blush and the tap off the excess product and then go round and round on the apples of my cheeks. The Pink Spectrum Blush Palette consists of 4 shades in total. Three of them are matte and one is with shimmer. They are all power based. All four shades are incredibly pigmented. Since it’s highly pigmented, a little quantity is sufficient. They can also be applied with little effort and they last all day long. During the course of the day, they don’t go patchy. They do fade, but very little.

texture

The colors are so perfect for warm skin tones. They are pink which suit Indian skin tones very well. The colors have numbers, but not names. I would have preferred the names to make it more interesting. Anyway, “What’s in a name!” 😉

under different light

PK010: This is a rosy pink color with satin finish. It looks good on sunny days due to the satin finish.
PK020: This is a matte pink. This is the most subtle of the lot and is more suitable for fairer skin tones.
PK030: This is little bright pink and more cool toned. I would prefer wearing it on cold frosty winter days. Very highly pigmented and is matte in finish. It’s very well suited for lighter skin tones.
PK040: This is the most pigmented color in the palette. It’s a very very bright pink. This is the only one which I would reach for. Only this shade suits darker skin tones. This is also matte in finish.

Overall:
The whole palette is useful for light skin tones only.

Would I Repurchase Zoeva Pink Spectrum Blush Palette?
I would not go for this palette again. It’s definitely not meant for darker skin tones. Only one shade suits darker skin tones and the rest hardly show up.

Would I Recommend Zoeva Pink Spectrum Blush Palette?
If you have a light skin tone and use blushes regularly, then go for this palette. I would not recommend it to beauties with darker/deeper skin tones.
