Basicare Angled Eyeshadow Brush Review

Hello beautiful ladies,

Since the time I started following IMBB, I have collected a lot of makeup and now I feel that I have very few brushes as compared to my makeup. So, I have decided that now I will buy some more makeup brushes, some cheap ones and some costly ones. I have started this by buying some affordable eye brushes and the one I will be reviewing today is from Basicare. It is a simple angled Eyeshadow brush from this brand. This is my first brush from this brand. Before this, I have only tried brushes from Vega and I really wanted to try something else.

My Take on Basicare Angled Eyeshadow Brush:

Before buying this brush, I had only 5 eye brushes in my collection and 3 of them were from Vega.  I wanted to buy some more eye brushes but was not sure about how much I was willing to spend and when I saw this, I thought, “at this price….why not?” and I bought this. I personally like such kind of fluffy brushes and I feel that their fluffiness help in proper blending. I am happy that it is the kind of brush I expected. As the name suggests, it is an angled brush which makes applying shadow in the crease area easier. It perfectly fits in the natural eye socket and helps in smooth and easy blending. It does not leave any harsh lines and thus is good to get a fine look in a few seconds. The bristles are so soft that I always feel like touching them.

I like the fact that it is black in color, this color makes it look elegant. The texture of the handle is as soft as the bristles. The only thing I wasn’t impressed about is the way the bristles look after some days. I have this brush for about two weeks now and some of the bristles have already starting getting apart.

While washing also, sometimes 1-2 bristles may fall, but thankfully, I haven’t experienced a fall out of bristles on my lid while applying shadow.

Pros of Basicare Angled Eyeshadow Brush:

  • Affordable.
  • Soft and dense bristles.
  • Angled bristles to give a precise look.
  • Helps in easy blending.
  • Does not leave any harsh line.

Cons of Basicare Angled Eyeshadow Brush:

  • Bristles may start falling early.

Would I Repurchase Basicare Angled Eyeshadow Brush?

Looking at the bristles, I don’t think they will last much, and because I use this brush daily, I may buy it again.

Do I Recommend Basicare Angled Eyeshadow Brush?

Yes, I do recommend this.  If you are someone who cannot afford to spend much on brushes and want a multipurpose brush, this is a good option. Because of its dense and angled bristles, it can be used for applying shadow all over the lid and can easily blend it too. This single brush can be used for a complete eye look.

IMBB Rating:

For this price, it is a 4.2/5 for me.
