Best Homemade Fairness Face Packs with Fruits

Some fruits have amazing benefits on skin, from removing tan to aiding in collagen formation, some fruits do it all.  Fairness is subjective, for some its improvement in complexion, for some improvement in brightness, and well, some just want fair skin.  I want even-toned complexion, whether its fair or dark, doesn’t matter.  Usually, fruits packed with high amount of vitamin C and A are used to make fairness packs.  Also, look for fruits containing glycolic acid and AHAs.  These acids can effectively penetrate through the layers of skin and act on cells.  Here are some of the best fairness packs that can be made from fruits:

1.  Green Grapes and Honey Face Pack:

Green grapes contain glycolic acid naturally and hence can penetrate into the skin layers and exfoliate dead skin cells.  Crush in a few green grapes and add in 1 tbsp of honey and squeeze in a bit of lemon into it.  Mix well, apply on the face and neck and rinse off after 20 minutes.  Regular use will give you a clear complexion.

2.  Cantaloupe and Almond Paste Face Pack:

This fruit is rich in vitamin A, C, and it helps in preventing skin damage, retains elasticity, and stimulates collagen production.  Make a paste out of a few pieces of ripe cantaloupe and mix in a paste made out of a few almonds.  Squeeze in a bit of lime juice, mix well.  Apply on the face and neck and rinse off after 20 minutes.

3.  Pineapple and Honey Face Pack:

Pineapple contains AHAs and exfoliate your skin really well.  Well, those who are allergic to pineapple, shouldn’t try it.  Make a liquid paste out of a few pieces of pineapple, add in one tablespoon of oatmeal powder and 1 tbsp of honey.  Mix everything well, and apply on face, remove after 20 minutes.  Regular use will give you clear complexion.

4.  Tomato and Multani Mitti Face Pack:

5.  Papaya and Turmeric Face Pack:

The enzymes in papaya add glow to the skin, exfoliate, and lighten skin tone.  Papaya is rich in vitamin A, C, and cosmetic turmeric removes tan and lightens skin tone.  Take a few ripe papaya cubes, add in 1 tbsp of turmeric, and 1 tbsp of honey to it.  Make into a smooth paste by mashing the papaya well.  Apply on the face and neck and rinse off after 20 minutes.  Regular use will give you a brighter complexion.
