Hope you all are doing well. Today’s review is about MUA mulberry lipstick. I bought three shades from MUA some time back from Superdrug and since there was black Friday offer going on, I got a cute pom pom key ring free with my purchase. Read on the review to know the details.

My Experience with MUA Mulberry Lipstick:
Packaging: There is nothing unusual or great about the packaging of this lipstick. It comes in a regular black plastic body which is okayish. Nothing more to be expected from a pound lipstick. The bullet is slant for easy application and the base is sturdy. It has a cute lipstick pot at the base which can be unscrewed for that extra lipstick. It’s quite interesting.
Texture: The texture is super soft and creamy. It glides smoothly over lips. It’s a moisturizing lipstick, that does not dry out my lips. It does not need a lip liner underneath as I won’t bleed.
Shade: The shade mulberry is a gorgeous dark purple shade, which will brighten a dull face instantly. I am not a fan of dark shades and I end up buying various shades of pink but it’s a good pick for a very less price and for a change dark shades are good I think.
Finish and coverage: It has a subtle glaze to it. The finish is perfect and glazy. It gives an opaque finish. It’s creamy so much, that I don’t like to swipe it multiple times for two reasons. First, it is dark enough so color pops out immediately in one swipe. Second, it’s creamy and tends to build up on edges of my lips. It stayed on my lips for about 3 hours and it did stain. The stain stayed for about 3 hours and faded evenly. It’s a transferable lip color but I really don’t mind this.
Overall, it’s a decent lipstick, that would be loved by people on budget or those who want to try out different shades.
