3 Body Pampering Routine for the Winter with Cinnamon

As winter is at the corner here in India so I thought to share my body pampering routine which I follow every Sunday. The main ingredient of this routine is cinnamon. Cinnamon as an ingredient in face mask or hair mask creates tingling sensation to the area and accelerates the blood flow in your body and make you healthy and beautiful from inside. It also gives the cozy and warm feeling to the body as it’s hot in nature. Cinnamon contains anti- microbial properties that benefits the skin and hair in many ways.

So, if you want to know my skin pampering routine using cinnamon please keep reading.

1. Hair Mask – This hair mask is really good to thicken the hair and to decrease hair fall. It also creates the tingling sensation to the scalp which accelerates the blood flow to the scalp and brings the nutrition to the scalp through blood which increases the hair growth.

Ingredients:
Cinnamon powder- 1 table spoon
Olive Oil- 3 tbsp
Honey- 1 tbsp

Procedure: All these ingredients are natural and are safe. Mix all the ingredients and apply on damp hair. Message for 5-10 minutes, make a bun and leave it for 30 minutes. Rinse.

2. Face Mask

This face mask would bring out the complexion because it would create tingling sensation on the skin and would give glow to the complexion by accelerating the blood flow on the skin.

Ingredients:
Cinnamon- half tbsp
Honey- 1 tbsp
Raw Milk- 1 tbsp

Procedure: Mix all the ingredients and apply on face. Massage for 2-4 minutes. Leave it on for 15 minutes then rinse.

3. Body scrub

This scrub would exfoliate your skin and would remove the tanning is used religiously. This would brighten up your body complexion and would eliminate all the dirt and grime from the pores.

Ingredients:
Coffee- one tbsp
Grounded Cinnamon- 4 tbsp
Coconut oil- 7 tbsp
Honey- 2 tbsp
Raw milk- 1/4th of the cup

Procedure: Mix all the ingredients to form a paste. Scrub your body with this paste apply it o your arms, legs, neck, back. Scrub for 5-10 minutes continuously then leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse. As this has coconut oil it would not dry out the skin and would keep it moisturized. Skip soap when you have applied this scrub.

If you have extremely dry skin moisturize your skin with your favorite moisturizer.
So, this was my body pampering routine. This is really great and helps very much in your skin care. It’s all natural and doesn’t have any side effects and you can get all the ingredients in your kitchen only.
