I picked up a few shower gels from Fa. I got an offer of buy one get one free and I picked up almost everything that was there! Today’s review is all about Fa Paradise Moments Shower Cream. Read on to know more about the product.

My Experience with Fa Paradise Moments Caring Shower Cream:

The shower cream comes in a light brick red colored plastic bottle with a turquoise colored flip cap. Since the product contains Hibiscus and Shea butter, you can see their picture on the bottle. The cap closes well, but not with a click. It is a soft click but there is no leakage noticed till now. However, I would not carry this during travel, as I am afraid that it might open. There is a lot of information on the back of the product. The design is similar to the traditional Fa bottles.

The shower gel is creamy and has runny texture. It is creamier, glossy and has a light pink hue. The shower cream is not rich as I assumed. The smell is pleasant and floral. However, it doesn’t last long and fades away rather quickly.

One of main reasons for me to pick this one up was that it is a shower cream, and I prefer using a cream in winters, as I have pretty dry skin. The first look of it was disappointing as it was not what I expected. I felt that this could be a product for autumn or early spring, but not for the harsh winters! The product lathers well and a little product goes a long way. With a loofah, I use only a pea-sized amount and it does the trick. When you start slathering the foam, you can notice that it kind off adds a soft layer on the body and when you rinse off, you can notice that the water falls like the way it does on oiled skin.

My skin is instantly soft and smooth. Once dried, the presence of shea butter does a lot to the skin. It moisturizes the skin gently and prevents drying of the skin. I was able to go without dry skin for more than 4 hours, which is pretty great! My skin didn’t feel dry at all and it felt like there was a presence of moisturizer. If I use a moisturizer, the body wash helps to retain the moisture on the skin for more than 24 hours. The days I have used this product, I have hardly noticed any dry flakes on my skin. The product cleanses the body thoroughly, but it doesn’t control any body odour. So, you need to have a deodorant handy if you have issues with body odoor. The product also contains SLS.
