Hey IMBBians,

I recently had done a huge cosmetics haul.  I really wanted a pretty blue liner, so I picked up this one from Chambor. I bought the colour “Cobalt Blue,” which is a very nice deep navy blue colour. It has no shimmer particles and I love that it settles to look a beautiful matte blue.

This colour will suit fair to medium skin tones. It is decently pigmented and dries pretty quickly too. I am not very impressed with the brush as I wish it was more precise, but it is not bad and does a decent job.  I have oily eyelids and always fear smudging, but it does not smudge at all. It is waterproof and stays on me for a good 12 hours without fading away which I am really impressed with!! I need a good make-up remover to get rid of it totally. Some people might find it a little expensive but I don’t find it an  issue as it works really well for me.
