My Experience with Clinique Pop Lip Colour + Primer In Poppy Pop Review:
Packaging: Plum pop comes in a tube, which is corresponding to the colour of the lipstick itself, which makes it easier to find in your makeup stash. The cap is of silver colour with clinique printed on it. The name of the brand is printed at the bottom of the tube.
Texture: The colour pay off in this lipstick is just insane, these are highly, highly pigmented. You just need one single swipe to cover up your lips entirely. Isn’t it amazing? The lipstick doesn’t accentuate my dry patches, I struggle with dry lips all the time and always have to put lip balm before I apply lipstick, but in case of clinique pop lip colour,
I don’t have to because these feels so hydrating on the lips, that you don’t need a lip balm. The shade poppy pop is a beautiful coral red shade with a hint of pink and think it will look flattering on fair to medium skintones. When it comes to consistency of the lipstick, as I mentioned above, it’s very moisturizing. I totally understand why they mentioned primer in this, it literally glides over my lips like I have had a primer underneath.
Clinique pop lip colour has a creamy finish. The only downside with these lipsticks is the wear time, these last only for 2 3 hours on my lips, it does leave a stain behind. These feel very comfortable on the lips and did I mention this is a perfect product for people who don’t prefer fragrance in their lip products. Yes, its fragrance free!
