Today’s review is about Dove Secrets Avocado And Calendula Hand Cream. Dove has come up with 2 new hand creams and I could not resist, but buy both. Here is the review of the first one. Few months back, Dove had released a body lotion of the same range and I loved it.

My Experience with Dove Secrets Avocado And Calendula Hand Cream:
The handcream comes in a tube with a flap lid. The whole packaging is white in color with a picture of cut open avocado on it. The packaging contains only 75 ml and hence it’s quite small and I prefer to carry it in handbag or during travel.
The cream itself is white in color and creamy in texture. It is not very thick. The lotion spreads very easily over the skin and gets absorbed within seconds.
The fragrance is very mild. It is not floral or fruity. It has a more mature fragrance and I love it. I guess the smell is more of avocado oil. I can assure you that most of you will love the way it smells. The fragrance doesn’t last long, but if you put your nose close to your hands, then you can smell it.
The product doesn’t leave the hand oily or greasy. They leave the hands smooth and silky. I have used the product for a few days now and I can see that my hand skin is less flaky. I have extremely dry hands and I need to apply hand cream very often. I have seen improvements. The hand cream has no sun screen protection.
Overall, it’s a good hand cream which keeps the hands well moisturised and makes it look healthy. It also smells mild, but pleasant making it suitable for sensitive people too.
