So, today’s review is all about Dove Nourishing Secrets Glowing Ritual Avocado Oil Body Lotion. Read on to know more details about the product.

My Experience with Dove Nourishing Secrets Glowing Ritual Avocado Oil Body Lotion:
The body lotion comes in a typical Dove body lotion packaging. Although they are similar, I like the bottles as they are sturdy and travel-friendly. The bottle comes with a flap lid which shuts tightly and hence, I couldn’t find any flaws in the packaging. I normally prefer carrying something small like a 100 ml bottle, but this one comes in a standard 400ml packaging.
The whole packaging is white in color with a picture of an avocado on it. The lotion itself is white in color and is creamy in texture. It is not very thick and hence, it spreads very easily and gets absorbed into the skin within seconds. A little (compared to other lotions) amount is sufficient for my entire body. Also, it does not leave a white film on my skin.
The fragrance is very mild. It is not floral or fruity but it has a more mature fragrance which I love. I guess it is because of the presence of avocado oil. I can assure you that most of you will love the way it smells. The fragrance doesn’t last long but if you smell it closely, you will notice it.
The body lotion leaves my skin silky, smooth and soft. The lotion moisturises my skin well. I have tested it during colder months and was completely satisfied with its moisturising properties. I apply it as soon as I come out of my shower, once in a day and it’s sufficient for the entire day.
The product is formulated for all skin types and its suitable for my dry skin too. The product does not cause any kind of irritation or redness and hence, it’s suitable for sensitive skin too. This body lotion is a bit expensive when compared to other Dove products, but the results are really good. Overall, I am totally satisfied with the results.
