My Experience with Crabtree and Evelyn Skin Revitalising Body Lotion Avocado, Olive and Basil:
The product comes in a long plastic bottle with a pump dispenser. The pump dispenser can be closed by turning left or right. The opening in the pump is small and hence the amount discharged is controlled. One can travel easily with it.
There is a picture of a beautifully cut avocado on the bottle. The whole packaging is very sturdy and made of good quality. The body lotion is white in colour and the consistency is creamy. The cream is so well made that it melts and gets absorbed into the skin within seconds. The result is satin soft skin.
Skin feels cool, soft and smooth after each use. It leaves no oily layer on the skin. The product is free of mineral oil, parabens, phthalates or propylene glycol. There is an extract of olive oil, avocado oil and basil. We all know olive oil and avocado oil are amazing for the skin and basil is supposed to sooth the skin. These ingredients make it perfect for dry or sensitive skin.
I have seen a good improvement in my dry skin after using this product. My skin does not itch as much and is more relaxed. I totally recommend it for dry, sensitive skinned people like me. The fragrance is very different. I normally fall for floral fragrances and this is not even close to being floral. The fragrance is absolutely lovely and the lotion smells like some herbal product. I was surprised that I loved it so much.
The fragrance reminds me of a fresh garden. If you do not like floral fragrances or are looking for a change then definitely give this a try. The fragrance does last for more than an hour or so but does not last very long. This can be a positive thing as it will not interfere with your perfume for the rest of the day.
