Elle 18 Color Pops Lipstick – Mousse Melt Review
Hi Girls!
Here I am with a review of yet another Elle 18 lipstick. This one is one of the two lipsticks I received as a part of my gift hamper from Elle 18. I have already reviewed the other one – “Berry Crush,” Today is “Mousse Melt” ka turn 😛 Read on to see how this one fared.
Price:
Rs.100 for 4.3 ml.
Pigmentation:
This is a total brown. There are slight golden shimmers visible on the lipstick bullet, but they are not visible on the lips. They just give sheen on the lips. The texture is creamy and moisturizing, but the sad part is, I am not really fond of this shade.
It is too dark for me, though it works fine if used slightly with a lip balm. It will suits all skin tones. The staying power is like any other Elle 18 lipstick, around 2 hours or so. Overall, it is a decent brown lipstick.

Finally the LOTDs. Just to lessen the drab brown shade, I added a special touch. Vini, I am copying you, I hope you don’t mind!
Pros of Elle 18 Color Pops Lipstick – Mousse Melt:
- Inexpensive.
- Easily available.
- Would flatter every complexion.
- Moisturizing.
Cons of Elle 18 Color Pops Lipstick – Mousse Melt:
- Staying power is very less, like all other Elle 18 lipsticks.
- No ingredient mentioned except cocoa butter.
- The typical Elle 18 bubble gum fragrance might be an issue for some.

brown’s make you look older?? 😛 girl! abi to jawani shuru hui hai! 😉 on a serious note, this colour is suitable for daily wear , specially if you’re working. And yes, with heavy eye make-up this goes the best. I usually go for elaborate eye-makeup perhaps that’s the reason I got attracted to the color. Something really classy from Elle18
