Our body takes in various unwanted metals due to non-organic food, adulterated fruits and vegetable, unpurified water, smoking, cooking in aluminum vessels etc. Such metals can cause serious problems like cancer, and diseases of the heart, kidney and lungs. To avoid such situations, you can boil a handful of cilantro in a glass of water until it remains half and take it in the morning.
Also, you could add cilantro juice to cucumber juice to reap more health benefits and to make it more palatable. Cilantro has various chemical compounds that react to toxic metals and loosen out them from the tissues. It is very helpful for kidney stone patients.

Cilantro juice is very effective in removing blackheads and acne. For this purpose, you can mix 1 teaspoon of cilantro juice with 1 teaspoon of lime juice. Cilantro can absorb excess oil from the face. If you have oily skin, you can apply cilantro juice on your face and wash it off after an hour.
