Well here’s how you can do it.

Cucumber-Green Tea Toner

Take 1 medium sized cucumber and extract its juice either by passing it through a juicer or by pureeing it in a blender or food processor and pressing it through a cheesecloth. Collect about 1/4 cup cucumber juice. Now make green tea by pouring 1/2 cup freshly boiled water over 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp whole green tea leaves and steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes. Take Jasmine flavoured tea if you want to make a lovely scented toner. Strain tea leaves from the tea and let the tea cool completely. Once you have both the main ingredients ready pour them in a glass bottle and then add 1 tbsp vodka in it. Shake well and store the bottle in your refrigerator.
