My first impression was very good of this mascara. This thin handle and applicator combo was a welcome change since I mostly use Maybelline mascaras which come in chubby tubes. I loved how creamy it looked. It also separated my lashes well, though I was yet to see “volume”. It stayed creamy for the initial 5 minutes, and then the horror started!
This mascara adds volume and definition to each eyelash without clumping. Triangular brush provides precision, while the waterproof and smudge-proof formula provides long lasting effect.

My Experience with Inglot Volume and Waterproof Mascara:
The mascara, no doubt, looks classy in black. It comes in a slim plastic tube which is very sturdy, and of course travel friendly. The outer carton has complete ingredients list too, which also mentions that this mascara is paraben free. The wand is also very slim and easy to hold. Since Maybelline Colossal is my go-to mascara, I am more used to of holding chubby wands, but this wand is a good change. Since it is longer too, it makes the application easy to an extent. The bristles are also very good – they separate the lashes well, add mascara evenly but I do not feel they have the capacity to add “volume” as such.
This is a black mascara, but not super-duper black. Could have been blacker. 😛 The consistency seems perfect and creamy but is really really drying. It makes eyelashes feel so damn heavy with just one coat. It gets easily applied on the lashes and looks dreamy, but then it becomes extremely dry and rough. A few good things about this mascara – that it is waterproof, smudgeproof and long lasting. You have to take a strong remover to take it off, otherwise it will stay on your lashes for days.
I feel that many better mascaras are available at lower price. In fact I could buy one L’Oreal and one Maybelline mascara at this price. It is definitely not worth the money. I was expecting it to be so much better. Another thing I hate about it is that the roots of my lashes start to get hurt after say 4-5 hours when it makes my lashes look crusty, crispy too. I would have liked it, even though it does not add any volume, had it stayed creamy and comfortable on my lashes.
I really didn’t want to use it, so made my cousin try it. She didn’t like it either and wanted to throw it away. 🙁
